Hangover

Tuesday, March 21, 2006

I feel like I have an emotional hangover. I don't know these days if a fit of laughter will turn into a downpour of tears or if I will end up walking down the street laughing because I feel like crying.

My head hurts and no matter how much water I drink it won't go away.

Oh my...

Emotional hangover...I know what that's like. Laughter is probably the best medicine in this situation, good for the soul. Then again, so is crying...ah, what do I know?

Hope your days are getting better.

Emotionally exhausted...I know how that feels. Laugh and cry when you need to. With time things will get easier.

Your emotions are on a roller coaster these days which is quite understandable but hard to live with. Claim the Bible verse "as your day so shall your strength be" found somewhere in Deutoronomy. God will give you the strength for the good times and the bad, water never works on headaches for me, only makes me spend a lot of time in the "loo". There is no time limit on grieving, it takes "as long as it takes" so don't feel you "should be over it!"
Praying for you, love Mom Hall
