An Update... and Angels

Saturday, January 21, 2006

So Pernell was at the hospital until 2:30am. Melissa B came to the house to stay with the kids while I picked him up. You are truly a friend Melissa! Thank you sooooo much!!!!

Pernell ended up with 6mg of Morphene in him so he has been stomach sick quite a bit! On the way home from the hospital at 2:30am I had to pull over for Pernell. As he leaned out the window wretching a green Windstar Van drove by, slowed down, reversed, backed up and a man got out. I got out and explained I was on my way home from the hospital with my husband and he was just getting sick again. Kindly he said, "Oh sorry mam, Good luck, I just wanted to make sure you hadn't run out of gas." See there are still angels in the world!

When we got home Pernell was blacking in and out. He is now still sleeping. I will let you know more when he wakes up. He goes in the next 5-7 days for an emergency MRI.

oh and I'm still Stubbed ub!!!

I get a kick out of the fact that an emergency MRI takes 5-7 days. That's ridiculous! Perhaps if Pernell had actually fallen over in the hospital they would have done it right away!
