A friend at work is having a hard go in a couple areas in her life. You all know what I mean... when it rains it pours! She was telling me how she went for a two hour walk by herself and spent most of it crying. She said it felt good to be able to just let it out.

I think I need a good cry!

    I know the feeling! So glad she was able to release some stress. Add a bowl of ice cream to your cry and you will feel awesome afterwards! :)
