Adding to the bellow post.

Don't you hate that taste in your mouth when you are in a bad situation. Don't you hate it when you get in a situation you didn't even start nor want to be in, but can't get out. Don't you hate it when someone gets hurt, you are part of it and you don't want to be part of it, but can't get out. Don't you hate it when this has happened you can't undo it and you now want to punch someone in the nose.

This is me, above.

God give my friends the guidance they need, patience, love and healing.
God give me the guidance I need, the patience I don't have, love in abundance and heal my heart.
