I am going away on Monday to a Pastors retreat (Officers Camp for all you Salvation army people). I never wear slippers (not because of my age Kathy) but would like to take some with me. The accommodations at the camp are, the sleeping area is one end and the lounge in the middleish and the kitchen/dining area at the other end - all the same building. I would like to take some slippers (Lori stop laughing!!!!!!) but don't have any.

If you have an extra pair of slippers kicking around could I borrow them. I do realize this post is for those living close by me, however I thought some others of you would find this humorous!

    Sounds like you are describing Jackson's Point (I think that the name). I just went barefoot the entire week I was there. However, I was only able to sneak into the dining area a few times shoe free. The times I was caught I had to go to my room to fetch my sandles. Slippers will probably suffice. NO SHOES!

    That last comment was Steve, not me! Now this is me. I am laughing, you are too cute. I have some slippers that you could borrow....but I don't think they would get there in time. Why not just wear socks? What do the men do? Oh wait, you will be around old officers, everyone will be wearing slippers!
