We had Steve, Cathy and Louise over fro dinner last night. It was by far one of the nicest evenings I have had in soooo long!!! Thanks for coming guys! The funny thing is (in case no else has noticed) Sam talks A LOT, and Louise is quite quiet. Earlier yesterday I tried to find the time to blog and didn't find it. Then the same topic I was going to blog about came up in conversation with Cathy.

I mentioned to Cathy that her house must be so nice and quiet. She agreed. I said that I don't often find a time that there isn't some sort of noise at our house.

Earlier on Friday afternoon, Jake and Madison (the baby across the street that I was babysitting) were sleeping. Sam was at school, Kaylia (Madison's sister) and Lucas were watching a show, I was doing dishes... one would think that the house would be quiet.

What is that noise? I went in the living room where Kaylia and Lucas were laying on the floor watching their show and Lucas was making a humming noise... quiet enough to not annoy Kaylia... loud enough to let me hear from the other room and not figure out what it was.

After Cathy and the crew had left, the kids were in bed (I use that term loosely as Jake was still wide awake laying in our bed), Pernell was on the computer, and I was in the bathroom... once again it should have been quiet...

What is that noise? Jake whispering in our room. "No bed, no sleep, I no sleep, no bed... (and on and on)"

The funny thing is Sam and Lucas talk in their sleep, so many times I wake up at night and hear them chatting or mumbling. Really I don't ever think there is a silent time in our house.

Cathy I'm moving in... maybe that is too forward... Please?
