Back to bed

I forgot about this when I sat down to blog yesterday. Knew I had something to say but had the empty brain feeling... which is not unusual for me.

Lucas woke up yesterday morning, stumbled into the hall and said "Is it Halloween today?" I said to him, "sorry a few more sleep buddy boy." Lucas stops in his tracks looks at me, then turns around. As he walked into his room he said, "Fine I'm going back to sleep."

How I wished it worked like that! Bad weeks would go by so fast! Lucas was not impressed when I explained that it didn't work that way. Gotta tell you, I'm not so impressed either!
